Meet the Ameera! Ameera is a trilingual Egyptian-American hailing from Northern Virginia but now residing in Boston, Mass. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration from The Questrom School of Business at Boston University where she also studied Film, Communications, Architecture, French and Hospitality. Ameera was born an entrepreneur and had a strong love for fashion, sport and media since the early days. When she wasn't in the classroom, Ameera was designing clothing, making masquerades, winning State Champs for tennis, playing basketball, soccer and swimming, singing and playing guitar for YouTube videos and directing and acting in funny Vines. Upon entering Boston University in 2014 Ameera continued to pursue her passion for fashion by designing for the FAB fashion show, sport by Rowing for the Boston University D1 Crew Team, Running the Boston Marathon and being Captain of the Spicy Sriracha's Basketball team, and she continued her love of media with WTBU News as an anchor and reporter, Off the Cuff Magazine as a Fashion Editor and continued to make Vines. In the summer of 2017 Ameera founded AHMH with the prospect of adding a luxury component to gold jewelry. However, Ameera's love of fashion doesn't end with jewelry. Her goal is to have her own brand that combines her love for fashion, sport and media and wants to extend her brand to include everything from sunglasses, clothes, and handbags to sportswear, shoes and cosmetics. She also wants to make sure no matter what kind of business she runs, she is always giving back. Ameera currently manages the Food Instagram @foodcrawlerboston as she is a huge foodie and wants share her hunts for the best of the best food in Boston and around the world. With @foodcrawlerboston Ameera has been able to fundraise for the Greater Boston Food Bank. She hopes to continue in charitable efforts through her entrepreneurial endeavors. She says of her brand: "AHMH may just be jewelry right now, but I want it to be so much more, I want to make clothes, shoes, sportswear, sunglasses and create the AHMH lifestyle." In this pursuit expect more content to include not just jewelry, but we welcome the fashion, sport, media, and fun that makes AHMH gold.
